  • Camera / video camera / phone and chargers

  • Shower gel / shampoo / conditioner, etc. 

  • Toothpaste +  brushes, etc. 

  • Hand cream

  • Any personal medications / reading glasses, etc. 

  • Warm socks for evenings

  • PJs

  • Torch (for dark paths in evening)

  • Trainers / non-slip, rubber-soled shoes

  • Raincoat (just in case)

  • 1 or 2 long-sleeved tops (wind factor)

  • Baseball Cap or Hat to shield sunlight
